OZO's pioneering commitment in the battle against modern slavery
OZO Group has put mechanisms in place to educate its employees — and the wider market — on the realities of modern slavery, forced labour and exploitative recruitment practices.
Our statement sets out the due diligence we apply across recruitment channels, supplier relationships and international placements, and the training every manager receives.

A leader among Maltese investment companies
Ozo Group is proud to be home to enterprises from wide-ranging sectors. What started in 1996 as a family operation is today one of Malta's prominent corporate entities.
The Group currently employs 3,500 staff and serves clients across hospitality, security, manufacturing, education, human resources and real estate. We expanded internationally in 2022 through a Budapest subsidiary and have been members of the London Stock Exchange Group's ELITE programme since 2018.
Commitment, reliability and passion are the foundations. Investment in people is the difference.
